The hotel was nicely decorated and lovely. Responsive personnel on check-in and again on check-out. - the location of the property was comfortable - relatively close to Zurich Opera House. - the area was particularly good.

Exceptionally clean and modern hotel, views are beautiful, location is IDEAL by tram 5min to Down Town Zürich. The service at the terrace is excellent. The room is reasonably priced. The staff are extremely helpful, managed the parking onsite.

Hotel: old construction, very well maintained and cared for - The staff is very good! Marina attended us with a thousand loves, speaks Spanish and gave us very kind answers to all the questions we asked. The Brazilian lady who attends the breakfast place is also extremely kind. All the people who attended us were courteous and concerned about our requests. The breakfast was very good, there was no excess, but everything was tasty, fresh and placed in the moment, almost like for the one who is going to have breakfast. The cleanliness is impeccable. The location: it was what I was looking for: 150 mts from the lake. Very nice neighborhood. Communicated to the center (it's only 14 blocks away), by 2 tram lines. Everything: Martina is the best! The bed is a bit uncomfortable (not sommier - it has a frame with 4 legs. The floor of the room is made of very nice woods, old, but very noisy when walking. It was a very old room of generous dimensions, with two windows to the street with soundproof glass (we were not bothered by the noises of the restaurant in front of the hotel). The bathroom en suite had been built after recycling the hotel, so you could tell it was added later. It had good toilets

We loved staying at the Stylish Boutique hotel. The newly decorated rooms were immaculate and the attention to detail was impressive. We were delighted to find tea and coffee in our room, making it feel like a home away from home. The hotel went above and beyond by allowing us to store our bags until our late flight. The cozy coffee area with a log burning fire was a great place to relax with a cup of Nespresso coffee. we highly recommend this hotel for its stylish ambiance and excellent amenities.

The hotel was excellent and an absolute bargain compared to other hotels in Zurich. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well appointed, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, we didn't hear a whisper from any other guests and slept really well. Our room and bathroom were spotless and very spacious. The hotel was also very conveniently located for both the Lake, restaurants, shops and the Aldstadt. Would definitely use this hotel again if traveling to Zurich in future. Superb.

I don't have any negatives at all but would suggest that with the parquet wood floors the hotel might not be ideal for families traveling with young children who want to have a run about!

The perfect quality of breakfast specially fruit salad and the hospitality of breakfast team. I also loved the entourage of the hotel location. Gorgeous flowery buildings surrounding the hotel; quiet yet full of warmth street; within easy walk (15 min) to Bahnhoff strasse; close to a gorgeous promenade on the lake.

When we check in, we panicked as we discovered that they gave a room for wheelchair user because the bathroom is quite unusable with ease. Yet when we complained they gave us another one after some hesitation on their part saying the hotel is fully booked. Knowing I booked our room in advance, I am personally inclined to regard that incident as unprofessional behavior of management.

The rooms are a good size and very nicely decorated. Bathroom is a good size as well. Toiletteries offered are very complete and there are coffee and tea making facilities plus a mini bar. Breakfast is very good. Staff is super friendly and professional. Location is super two blocks from the lake, 10 minutes walk from the center but in a more quiet area.

Although the hotel is in a quiet street, when the windows are open, the rooms at the front hear the voices of the people on the terras opposite and some traffic noice from the neighbouring street. This stops at approx. 23.00. Noise level within hotel is reasonable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff made me feel very welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even contacted me about a forgotten item and are shipping it to me. The location was excellent, with the lake and opera house just a short walk away. I also loved the lovely roof terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food, and the staff were friendly and helpful. this hotel provided a friendly atmosphere, great facilities, and a convenient location.

Great value for money! This hotel is located in a lovely and quiet semi-residential area, just a few steps away from the lake. The staff is very friendly and attentive; they even accommodated me with a single size bed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of typical Swiss products.
